We provide balloon artistry and event styling for birthdays, weddings, corporate events, graduations, festivals, showers, school events, and other special occasions. Services may include balloon arches and garlands, custom backdrops, draping, welcome signs, centerpieces, photo areas, specialty decor, number stacks, balloon towers, and more. ### Do you offer delivery, setup, and teardown? Yes. Full event installations include professional setup and teardown when applicable. Smaller custom balloon designs and specialty pieces can also be delivered directly to you. Delivery and travel fees may apply depending on location. ### What areas do you serve? We primarily serve Kalamazoo, Battle Creek, and surrounding Southwest Michigan areas. We are also available to travel outside our primary service area for an additional travel fee. ### How far in advance should I book? We recommend booking full event styling at least 45 days in advance and simpler balloon setups at least 30 days in advance. Last-minute requests may be accepted depending on availability and may include a rush fee. ### How much is required to book? A 50% retainer is required to reserve your event date, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your event. Anything priced at $350 or less must be paid in full at booking. Please note that your event is not officially booked or your date reserved until the required booking payment has been received and your contract has been completed. ### Do you offer smaller balloon designs without booking a full event setup Yes. We offer custom balloon designs such as number stacks, themed towers, personalized balloons, graduation pieces, stuffed balloons, and other specialty arrangements. These can be delivered ready to celebrate. ### Do you offer helium balloons? We primarily specialize in air-filled balloon artistry and installations and generally do not offer traditional helium balloon bouquets. ### What happens if the weather affects my outdoor event? Outdoor balloon decor may be affected by rain, wind, extreme heat, cold temperatures, or other weather conditions. While we take reasonable steps to secure and protect our installations, Duo Dreams Luxe Decor LLC is not responsible for damage, changes in appearance, movement, deflation, or other issues caused by weather or other conditions outside of our control. If severe weather is expected, we may recommend moving the setup indoors, modifying the design, or making other adjustments for safety. ### Do you offer payment arrangements? Yes. Payment arrangements may be available for qualifying bookings. Depending on the total balance and eligibility, clients may be able to split their payments into up to four installments. Please note that your event is not officially booked or your date reserved until the required booking payment has been received and your contract has been completed.
